The Happy Couple, At Last

Here we are at The Cougar finale! We started with 20 hot guys and now it's down to just two: Colt and Jimmy. The guys met Stacey's kids -- Delany, Graham and Tatym -- are they cute or what? Her son Graham is handsome; he's a future cub for sure!

Colt got a great jump on things by bringing his guitar -- Graham plays the guitar, too. I sooo loved when the kids teased Stacey and Colt about their age difference. However, Colt came off as a little immature when he chatted with Stacey's girls. Some of his comments landed dead on arrival, even though he really tried to say all of the right things in front of her kids. He's such a charmer, that Colt. He had a great finish when he played the guitar, which the kids seemed to like.

Next up was Jimmy, who arrived with flowers and a gift. Nice touch! I like that he let the kids know that the age difference with him and Stacey didn't bother him a bit, and that he thinks Stacey is so hot. I also loved how he was put on the spot by Tatym when she asked, "Do you love my mom?" He said, "Yes, but don't tell" -- which of course she did! He cooked the family dinner; I love a man who knows his way around the kitchen. The mealtime conversation flowed very easily among the group and wasn't forced at all.

The guys then got one last date with Stacey, and first up was Colt. He liked her kids and of course he wrote Stacey a song -- OK, Colt, I know you're a musician and all, but what else ya got? I don't know about y'all but I need a little bit more from him. However, he got big points when he told Stacey he's falling in love with her and finished the date with a big ole juicy kiss.

After that was date No. 2. Nice shirt, Jimmy: I love a man who can confidently wear pink. And that accent he's got oh so works for me! He totally poured his heart out to Stacey by writing her a beautiful love note and looking deeply into her eyes... then he said "I love you." DAMN, sparks were jumping off the screen! Stacey looked fabulous in her black dress. What a cougar!

So, drumroll please... Stacey kissed off Colt. Boy oh boy was he shocked! He definitely gave us some serious man tears. Damn Colt, you made ME cry. It's so hard to say goodbye, but only one guy could win the key to Stacey's heart -- and that man was Jimmy.

I totally agree with this choice. Jimmy was so thrilled to win that he got down and proposed with a fabulous ring. What a rock -- I'm talking bling bling!

I wish Jimmy and Stacey a very happy future together. Raise your glass to the lucky couple!

Steamy Times in Sin City

Well here we are, down to the final three guys: Travis,Colt and Jimmy. This week the guys headed to Vegas a.k.a. Sin City for one-on-one dates with Stacey -- and the possibility of a sleepover.

First up was Jimmy; I just looove his accent. Jimmy and Stacey sure are getting real kissy face. They went race-car driving, which is Stacey's favorite thing to do. She Stacey kicked his butt, but I know he let her win on purpose -- good move, Jimmy! Then they did a little gambling, for which Jimmy wore a nice suit. He had the best line of the night when he said, "Stacey when I see you, you give me butterflies."

And then there was the pool table makeout, WHEW! Jimmy made all the right moves in my book.

Next up was Travis, who's such a cutie and looked fabulous in that vest. Stacey and Travis went to the spa; the couple's massage setup was sooo romantic, and Travis ended up painting Stacey's body with seaweed oils. Woo, SEXY! Boy oh boy did he have a nice-looking rear in the steamy shower scene. However, he got a little weird later and was like, "So do we have to be long-term relationship after the show is over?" HELLO! Why are you here, Travis? But then he apologized, played the piano for Stacey and gave her a flower... OK, Travis, you're back in the race!

He then got real comfy in the suite with Stacey and made her laugh; obviously he makes her feel young again. I like Travis!

Last but not least is Colt, whom Stacey surprised with a helicopter ride. He looked scared as hell, but how cool was their lunch date location? Colt and Stacey have amazing chemistry: She's always smiling, and I can tell she really likes his lips -- cos she goes in for the kiss! Colt opened up to Stacey over a romantic dinner, finally, which got him a pass up to her suite. And honey, the bath set-up was off the chain. Damn, that'll surely make any Cougar get wet!

Stacey had a great time with all three guys in Vegas, but sadly had to say goodbye to one of them. This kiss-off was the hardest for her as she let Travis go. He was just too young, but all I can say is the girl who ends up with Travis is very lucky. He's a great guy with a bright future... and just yummy!

Now it's on to our finale, where we find out if Colt or Jimmy will win the key to Stacey's heart.

The Family Show

I like to call Episode 6 "The Family Show." We have Colt, Jimmy, Travis and Adam left, and Stacey meets each of the guys' family members! First up is Travis, and his mom is very protective of her baby boy. Yes, she kept reminding Stacey that Travis is 21 -- and also kept bringing up his ex girlfriend (YAWN)! She seemed to me to not be comfortable with this situation at all; she totally freaked when she saw them kiss, and Travis had to remind her to be nice to Stacey. I felt she wanted her baby Travis to come back home.

Next up was Jimmy. Now I just loved Jimmy's family. I almost hit the floor when his mom broke out her list of questions for Stacey -- she was so prepared. You go, girl! She seemed to really like The Cougar, and didn't freak out at all when Stacey said she had four kids because she has six of her own. They all seemed very comfortable and relaxed with each other.

Colt introduced Stacey to his two brothers, who are very close to their sibling. They made Stacey and Colt very nervous at first, but things chilled out after they spent a lil' one-on-one time with Stacey. More importantly, Colt then got to go to the Cougar Den, where he put some hot moves on Stacey. I think she likey Colt!

Last up was Adam. He brought back his twin brother Grant, a former contestant who came across as so selfish. Everything was all about him: "Stacey, now that you met us both, don't you like me better?" What the hell? Anyway, Adam got kissed off this week, and it wasn't surprising. He never made a move to let Stacey know he really wanted to win the key to her heart -- his mack was whack!

That leaves us with the final three, and those lucky guys are going to Vegas. You know what they say about Vegas!

I get So Emotional, Baby

OK, we're now at Episode 5 with just six guys left in the Cougar house! This week's first challenge was for Best Kiss: Stacey was blindfolded and the guys had to lay their best kiss on her. I loved Jon's approach, which was placing Stacey's hand on his heart and then kissing her. That was a very smart move because it was a nod to a previous date.

Adam, Joe and Travis' kisses where all rushed and had zero passion, while Jimmy laid a fabulous and very passionate kiss on Stacey. Colt did a juicy kiss as well - however, Jimmy and Jon won this challenge. Yay, Jimmy finally won a challenge!

After winning the guys got to go on a wine-tasting adventure with Stacey. Jimmy was very sophisticated and impressive -- he knew his wine. Jon was a little out of place and seemed to be so nervous with Jimmy around. And, um, PLUM wine? That was a total "What the hell?" moment for me! He needs to loosen up and show he can be more fun.

Jimmy really opened up to Stacey about his love for his brother. He cried and also said he's been dumped before; I was surprised he was so emotional. Then, OMG! He took off his shirt and got all manly with her... big points for Jimmy!

I loved the plate of questions Stacey presented to Adam and Travis. As usual, Adam clammed up and was making jokes - essentially everything but opening up to Stacey. Travis made a good comeback with the chocolate-covered strawberries and that juicy kiss. Go, Travis! Meanwhile, Jon totally blew it when he laughed at Stacey and then picked a fight with Travis. He's becoming a drama queen and is losing his mojo.

In eliminations, Joe and Jon got kissed off this week. Both of them felt Stacey made a big mistake, but I totally disagree. They both got too comfortable and revealed that they were just not the one to win The Cougar's heart. In next week's show, we have "Meet the Family" time for the cubs. I can't wait to see how this plays out!

Salsa and Shopping, Oh My!

I was really surprised that the guys got all nervous about the talent show competition in this episode of The Cougar. Adam's rapping was very good -- he represented for Wisconsin! Travis' juggling act and apron were real fun to watch, while Austin's Borat impression was hilarious... 'bout time he did something to stand out! Kai and the hula-hoop routine fell oh-so-flat; brotha couldn't move those hips at all! Nick's lap dance was a "what the hell?" moment, not good at all.

Meanwhile, David did very well, and Johnny's mime act was a surprise, too. Finally, Ryan's Michael Jackson moves were en pointe -- till he flashed us his private parts.

The salsa dancing was next, and it wasn't bad; however, you won't see any of these guys win a dance contest. I still can't believe Austin's "green light" comment. He should have been kicked to the curb for sure. That was just incredibly immature! Stacey revealed to me that she was totally disappointed in the salsa date.

Next up was the shopping challenge. Wow, these guys were really fashion-challenged. Some of those dresses were just plain BAD, but Joe won with a nice black dress. As a reward he got to take Stacey to dinner. I must say, he came off as such a gentleman, very refined and knowledgeable about wine. Go, Joe! He certainly made a connection with Stacey.

We said goodbye to Kai, Johnny and Nick, who all just didn't quite have the connection with Stacey to continue on. OK, some behind-the-scenes scoop: This week's kiss-off was really emotional for Stacey (and me). When Nick was eliminated, he made us both cry! Stacey felt really bad about saying goodbye to Kai, too.

Someone out there in TV Land wanted to know who designed my earrings from the premiere episode, the ones I wore with the green dress: They are by XIV Karats LTD of Beverly Hills.

Time to Step Up Your Game Boys

I loved the guys’ workout routines for Stacey -- some were very sexual and stimulating, leading me to believe that they were trying to work Stacey out in more ways than one! However, I totally didn’t get the five guys she picked… None of them exactly look like they've even seen a gym. (She left out all the guys with the six-packs, unfortunately.) Jimmy and David would have been my first choices, for sure!

I wasn’t surprised when Tom got the boot from the skate date. He was just out of his league and totally let Colt take over the entire night!

Stacey’s friends Mici and Kelly were really cool and fun-spirited, and the birthday gifts were really sweet and thoughtful. But Jimmy totally blew it with his “I wanna lick you down” card! I was also surprised by Jon a.k.a. "House Boy" -- he always mentions that he has a house. I have to admit he showed real maturity on his first one-on-one date with Stacey. However, the look he had on his face when Stacey told him she had been married twice and has four kids… it was like, “OK, I can deal with that. I love kids!" Good answer, Jon!

I knew J.D. wouldn’t last long. He was way too shy and couldn’t get his words together. Plus, his mack was whack! Jim had no connection with Stacey and made absolutely no effort in any of the challenges… Yo, Jim! If you're trying to get The Cougar, step up your game! I really feel the show is informative for guys to learn the do’s and don’ts of dating a Cougar. So guys, stay tuned for Episode 3!

All the Young Dudes

I hope you all enjoyed the premiere episode of The Cougar! WOW! It brought back a lot of memories. The first night of filming was cold, but things heated up quickly! First Stacey Anderson, a.k.a. The Cougar, arrived. She looked great and loved the house where the show was set to take place.

Next the guys arrived -- all 20 of them. And I was thrilled that they were all good looking. Travis, the first guy up, was just adorable. There was also a set of twins... Ryan, the military guy, totally blew his opening line, telling Stacey she looked too OLD to be a cougar! What?!

David was really sweet to bring flowers -- and he has great lips! As for Colt, he started talking in the third person, like "Colt's turned on now." Umm, OK. That was a little weird to me!

The five guys who got eliminated in this episode totally stood out. You could just tell they didn't have anything in common with Stacey!

I thought it was a great premiere, and hope you did, too. Stay tuned, and to all the cougars out there: I hope you were enlightened and empowered to expand your dating horizons, just like Stacey.
