I think this would be a fantastic fit. Guiding Light has been fantastic lately, and has really found its feet with the new production model. The writing is fantastic, and the acting is second to none. There is not one single story I am not enjoying, and that is truly a testament to the show as a whole. In short.. I love it!

Guiding Light certainly deserves to find a new home, and I for one will keep my fingers crossed for TV LAND!

Come on and help us to KEEP THE LIGHT SHINING!

I hope TV Land will consider to pick up GL, I'm relatively new to the show, but I'm an avid fan of its current storylines. Otalia initially lured me in, but I fell in love with the whole show, and it's been a long time since I've been this invested in any soap. I absolutely love the new production model! The way they shoot the scenes is so refreshing, it adds a certain amount of closeness to the show that I can't feel watching other soaps, it's like you're actually in there somewhere. And don't get me started on the music, what a wonderful idea to use actual songs and lyrics, it adds so much more depth to the scenes.

I'm a fan and I will follow GL anywhere! I hope the show finds a new home, TV Land would be excellent!

Guiding Light would be a perfect fit for Classic TV Land programming!  After 72 years she is truly a classic!  I love Guiding Light!  I love that it is filmed outside to make it more realistic and I love all the storylines!  I can remember watching Guiding Light as a kid when it was only on for 15 minutes.  I just started rewatching Guiding Light about two months ago because of the Otalia storyline.  While catching up with that storyline on YouTube, I fell in love with the whole show.  The producer, the writers, the cast and crew have been doing such an outstanding job!  We waited a year for our graveside confession and Crystal Chappell did not let us down!  Crystal has always been an incredible actress, but the week of April 13-17 she was phenomenal!  She gave the performance of a lifetime that week!  I watch TV Land a lot because it does have classic programming, and again I think Guiding Light would be a perfect fit.

I will follow Guiding Light wherever it goes!  I think it would be a great fit for TV Land.  GL is an American Institution as baseball, hot dogs, apple pie, and Chevrolet.  Ellen Wheeler and Jill Lorrie Hurst and the rest of the cast and crew at Guiding Light have created simply the best slow-burn storytelling centering on family, love, conflict, and redemption.  It has led the way in the daytime genre by breaking out in radio, television, and now in the digital medium.  Watch Guiding Light for one episode, you'll be glad that you did!
