The thing I don't get is what this last poster said.  TVLand "promised" me this type of programming.  Yikes, no network promises anything over multiple years.  They need to change as needed to run a successful network/business.  When they went into classic TV, that was a promising enterprise (and trust me, I love Dick Van Dyke, MTM, etc., etc).   I think Link has said, over and over and over that this cannot be sustained.  Thus, the "promise" has ended.  They are offering what classics they can. Alternatively, as all the commenters must be cable viewers, there are other shows on other networks that might be appealing during the times TVLand is going to air programs you don't like.  The notion that TVLand owes these viewers exactly what they want at EXACTLY THE TIMES THEY WANT IT it nuts...

Just my two cents....

and btw, I love Roseanne as much as Andy Griffith.  There is room for all.  Those poster who say, "Roseanne is on all the time."  No, it isn't.  It's now down to a couple of hours a day, much like other shows.  Nick and Nite does not count.  They are independent networks and everyone knows it; it is well known to anyone on these boards.

Kudos!

I hate to admit it but I`m starting to like the later shows just a bit. Howard has his own particular humor (mother would like that) and Floyd of course is always a howl.
