That's definitely Sharon DeSpain. She liked that fast life in .......Chicago (???) She's just another one of those lovely ladies Andy left behind.

Sharon DeSpain was a blonde in that episode. Many times a blondes hair will look dark in a pic. She was always blonde in that soap opera she played in too.
