One day there was a horrific accident in Mayberry.  It involved Aunt Bee, a wagon full of meat, Opie, several dogs, a selfish giraffe, Arnold Winkler, his bicycle and the David Mendlebright Memorial Horse Trough.

It seems that Arnold Winkler was riding his bicycle through the downtown area when suddenly he happened upon Aunt Bee and Opie pulling a Wagon full of meat.  POW! Aunt Bee and Arnold went flying.  Arnold flipped over his handle bars landing on his seat in the David Mendlebright Memorial Horse Trough.    Witnessing the accident, Briscoe Darling remarked "I wonder what number that boy broke, he has half his body in there."

Aunt Bee flew backwards landing a top the pile of meat.  As she hit the pile, several pieces of tough meat went flying.  The many dogs scurried after the packages of meat lying on the sidewalk.  Unfortunately, Opie was standing  too close and one piece of meat hit Opie right in the stomach.  Suddenly Opie was hit right in the gut by the Little Trembler.

A little stunned by the accident, Aunt Bee asked a giraffe, who just happened to be standing around, if he could go get help.  The giraffe said "NO!"  Aunt Bee replied "What a selfish giraffe."

Later that day the new doctor in Mayberry had to perform the first Tremblerectomy on Opie.

The Goober witnessed the infamous Lawson vs Foley assult incident, Goober was reading Captain Marvel # 81.  (Had Goober kept that particular edition of Captain Marvel it would sell for about $90.00 today.)

How many gallons of water does it take to fill the David Mendlebright Memorial Horse Trough?

Kudos!
