Please post a NEW thread in the Online Video message board with the following information: 1.) PC
2.) Browser Used (Internet Explorer )
3.) Browser Version (8.0.6001)
4.) Version of FLASH installed. 10,0,32,18 installed
5.) Version of JAVA installed. Version 6 update 7
5.) Detailed information about the problem you are experiencing (ex: What series, what episodes, outline the steps of what you are doing to view the video, and what exactly you are experiencing). I am unable to play any videos from TVLand.com. I was able to play videos last week. I have been enjoying Hogan's Heroes on TVLand for more than several weeks, but am no longer able to view them. The video page opens, but nothing will play. I have recently installed avast! Professional 4.8 but have not located any conflicts with various settings. Google Chrome is also installed on the PC. PS. TVLand is not part of the "Check Spelling" dictionary. Ironic?

uninstalled Google Chrome, turned off avast virus protection, uninstalled all Adobe products and reinstalled Flash 10, no improvement. TVLand only displays a white box where the video normally plays. No error messages, no informational messages, no status messages in the IE8 window - just no video.
