The only way I've come to work around this problem is to open a new tab or browser window for each individual full episode I want to watch. Right click on the next full episode you want and click the "open link in new tab or new window" command or option. You can then watch another full episode in full screen. However if for some reason, while watching the show, the screen jumps back to small window, you must do the above all over again. I admit it's a pain, but this works for me. Hope this helps.
