The first show I watch when logging on to your website I can watch in full screen mode, but after that, no matter which show I want to watch, it will not go into full mode. It will go for about a second and then switch right back to small screen. It seems I have to waite several hours or more to be able to watch in full screen mode, but after the first time, it will only stay in small screen mode.. can you explain how to fix that??

I've run into this behavior too. The video remains in full screen mode only until the first time it is minimized either by hitting escape or by clicking on the minimize screen button. After that, for that browser session, the video never goes back to full screen on clicking on the maximize button. On clicking on the maximize button after that, the screen simply flickers as if it's attempting to go full screen, but it doesn't. Here are the details you requested: 1) Browser: IE7 (OS: Vista Ultimate) 2) Flash version: WIN 10,0,12,36 3) This behavior occurs either on hitting escape or on clicking on the screen minimize button during full screen view.

Hi lentsjl, Please follow-up all steps (specifically about FLASH versions and temporary internet files) outlined in this thread: http://forums.tvland.com/tvln/board/message?board.id=2077&thread.id=306 If you still experience this problem, please post back with the information mentioned in that thread (browser version, etc), and then I can look into further.
Thanks! TVL_Stephen Manager, Video Programming & Operations TV Land Digital (tvland.com)
