Everyone, no matter how tall or gorgeous, has figure issues they want to highlight or downplay -- and even models need wardrobe help to look their best in clothes. Every month SELF offers Fashion for Every Body-style solutions to help all women look and feel great regardless of size or shape. I met with the eight She's Got the Look finalists to offer SELF’s style advice in person, and we had a blast. The tips I gave the contestants will work for you, too! Next time you look in your closet or head out shopping, try some of these suggestions.

Go Sheer
Bahia knows her body, and her clothes reflect that confidence. She chose a great, slightly sheer dress that fit her. She was showing off her figure, but the outfit wasn't screaming, "Look at my amazing hot bod!" Next time you’re tempted to bare something -- your arms or décolletage --  try sheer instead.

Break Away from Black
Melissa's fantastic figure gives her the freedom to wear just about anything. She added some flair to her outfit with a zebra-print scarf. But although her black dress worked, it would have had a lot more snap in vibrant red or purple.

Pick a Pattern
Celeste was wearing a solid (black, again) from head to toe, but with her long, lean body, she should try wearing more notice-me patterns to boost her natural curviness.

Try a Round Neckline
Karin's  so petite and thin, she should try an open neckline like a scoop or V-neck to add roundness to her smaller bust.

Please, No Pleats
Tanya was wearing really unflattering pleated pants that did nothing for her beautiful figure. She said she's conscious of having wider hips because she has five kids. What?! Her hips are perfect, and flat-front pants that fit well are a universal staple. Try slightly stretchy fabric for a sexy hip hug that's not too tight.

Look Feminine, Not Frilly
Clothes love
Paula's athletic frame, but she doesn't want to wear heels or seem too cutesy. I agree -- your clothes should never wear you. But I think she could soften the cut of her clothes and still be comfortable (and look grown-up).

Stripes Add Height
Hope is petite, so she should try to add volume to her top half. A horizontal-striped blouse enhances dimensions, giving the illusion of height. Empire-style tops also add inches to your torso.

Show It Off
Roxanne has a lovely long neck framed by a short haircut, but she was hiding this feature in a turtleneck. Opening her neckline would make a statuesque statement.
